Welcome to the National Cyber Security Institute (NCSI). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our online cybersecurity training programs, certification exams, and other related content.

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.


1. INTRODUCTION

The National Cyber Security Institute (NCSI) is a U.S.-based cybersecurity training and certification provider. We offer high-quality educational programs designed for individuals and professionals seeking to enhance their cybersecurity skills and obtain industry-recognized certifications.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. SERVICES OFFERED
• Training Programs: We provide self-paced, online cybersecurity courses.
• Certification Exams: Upon completion of a course, participants must pass an exam to receive a certification.
• Certification Issuance: Those who meet the passing criteria will receive an NCSI-certified credential.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
• All training programs and exams are paid services.
• Payments must be made in full before accessing any course material.
• Refunds:
• If a participant has accessed less than 5% of the course content, they may request a refund.
• If a participant has accessed 5% or more, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
• Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of NCSI.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• All training materials, exams, and certifications are intellectual property of NCSI.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, reselling, or distributing course content without explicit written permission.
• Any violation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to:
• Share or distribute course materials with unauthorized individuals.
• Cheat, share exam answers, or engage in fraudulent certification activities.
• Use NCSI credentials in misleading or deceptive ways.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the NCSI platform.

7. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
• NCSI collects personal information to provide services.
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We DO NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
• NCSI provides training materials “AS IS” without guarantees or warranties regarding job placement or certification success.
• We are not liable for how users apply their cybersecurity knowledge.
• NCSI disclaims all liability related to unauthorized use of training content.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of National Cyber Security Institute 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
• NCSI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Significant changes will be notified via email or on our website.
