At National Cyber Security Institute (NCSI), we strive to provide high-quality cybersecurity training and certification programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a refund policy that is fair and transparent.
By purchasing any of our courses or certification exams, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
• Refunds are only available for online training courses and certification exams purchased directly from NCSI.
• Refunds are subject to the conditions stated below and are not granted automatically.
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@ncsi.institute with proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request.
2. TRAINING COURSE REFUNDS
• If you have accessed less than 5% of the course content, you may request a full refund within [X] days of purchase.
• If you have accessed 5% or more of the course content, no refunds will be issued.
• Refund eligibility is determined based on our platform’s tracking system.
3. CERTIFICATION EXAM REFUNDS
• Exam fees are non-refundable once an exam has been scheduled or attempted.
• If you purchased an exam but have not scheduled or attempted it, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
4. BUNDLE & DISCOUNTED PURCHASES
• If you purchased a bundle package (e.g., multiple courses or a course + exam package), the refund policy applies individually to each component.
• If one part of the bundle has exceeded 5% access, a partial refund may be considered for the remaining unused components.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
• Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days using the original payment method.
• Transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
• NCSI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND POLICY
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
• Violation of Terms of Service: If your account was terminated for breaching our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
• Special Promotions & Discounts: Courses purchased during promotional sales or special discount events are non-refundable.
• Corporate or Bulk Purchases: Refunds for corporate training or bulk enrollments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
• NCSI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website.
